SHIPPING POLICY
- We only use USPS and UPS for shipping method. The rates are directly taken from the companies datasheets and a handling/packing factor is included in the final shipping cost.
- The Shipment method is chosen by the customer(s).
- An insurance and tracking number are mandatory for UPS.
- An Insurance and confirmation nunber are mandatory for USPS.
- The customer is solely responsible for his shipment fee(s).
- The customer must make sure of parts availability prior to choose his shipping method.
- Combatdepot cannot refund any shipping fees after the package is out the door.
- Combatdepot reserves the return to re-imburse shipping fees.
- shipping policies can be updated or change at any time without notice.
RETURN POLICY
- All products can be returned within 15 days of reception of the product(s).
- The returned product(s) must be in its original packing and in its original condition(s).
- All return request must be emailed to sales@combatdepot.com prior to return the product.
- Shipping and Banking fees are the responsibility of the buyer and total credit will reflect such fees.
- A 20% Restocking fee can be applied at any given time and Combatdepot reserve the right to use it if needed.
- BBs, Gas are non-refundable.
- Combatdepot reserve the right to refuse battery returns.
- Used items are sold as is and can’t be returned for refund.
- Return policies can be updated or change at any time without notice.
